Who can participate

Applications are open to adults based in the United States. Creators, publishers, professionals, businesses, and individuals may apply. There is no follower minimum. AVORIX reviews applications before enabling referrals. Submitted details must be accurate and you must have permission to share any business introduction.

What earns a commission

The initial Shipper program pays $5 USD for each eligible shipment/order placed by a qualifying new customer you referred. One order earns one commission, including orders with multiple vehicles. Delivery must be completed and the AVORIX service fee collected. Cancelled orders, unpaid fees, self-referrals, duplicate customer accounts, and refunded service fees do not qualify. Any service-fee refund or payment reversal produces a separately recorded reversal; future corrections remain visible in the ledger.

Referral ownership

The first valid referral claim is protected for 60 days from the original interaction. Later clicks do not overwrite or extend it. Attribution is confirmed when the eligible individual or business account is created. Business employees share the business attribution. A code may be entered during registration when no protected claim exists. Existing customers cannot be retroactively claimed. Introductions require review and do not reserve customers merely because a company name was submitted.

Ongoing referrals and changes

Confirmed customer relationships retain their accepted program version and reward rate for subsequent qualifying orders, with no configured time expiry. “Lifetime” refers to that qualifying customer relationship under the applicable agreement. Production treatment of termination, acquisitions, or program closure must be finalized before launch. Suspension blocks new referrals; existing activity remains recorded and may be held for review. Fraudulent activity may be investigated and corrected with an audit trail.

Payments

The intended schedule is monthly review of prior-month earnings, with payout initiation on the 7th or the next U.S. banking business day after approval. The DEV workflow prepares statements manually using a UTC calendar-month cutoff. A minimum gross balance of $25 and completed bank/tax verification are required. Smaller balances carry forward. Actual provider fees, without AVORIX markup, and applicable withholding are shown separately. Initiation is not a guaranteed arrival date. Failed and returned payments require reconciliation before retry.

Promoting AVORIX

Clearly disclose that you earn referral commissions wherever you promote your link. Do not promise guaranteed earnings, transport prices, savings, or delivery dates. Use current, available product features and authorized brand materials. Do not impersonate AVORIX staff, buy misleading traffic, send spam, or collect customer credentials or payments. Participation does not automatically transfer rights to your content.

Your information

AVORIX uses your verified email, profile, application, promotional channels, referral activity, and support records to operate and review the program. Follower counts are self-reported. Only authorized staff may review applications and financial records. Partners see limited referral references, not customer addresses, VINs, or shipment documents. Bank and tax details belong in secure provider onboarding, never support messages. Contact support to request correction, account closure, or review of a disputed attribution.
